BPI offers a broad range of experiences to those developing a career in power engineering.  In 2011 we were delighted to learn that the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET) accredited our training scheme for those working towards achieving Incorporated and Chartered status.

Training and development

The opportunities for training, development and advancement are there for the best in the industry to develop a great career with BPI.  Committed to offering you the opportunity to develop a rewarding career, we want you to be the best you can by providing you with the tools and support to make a difference.

Our aim is to encourage and recognise outstanding performance in line with our values.  Working together, you and your manager will agree a plan that looks at where you are, where you want to be and what tools you need to get there.  All our design engineers go through PRINCE 2 training from foundation to practitioner level.  Additionally we run internal workshops dedicated to each discipline, which is managed through a personal development plan for each member of the team.
